We will organize and sort through everything! We work through your home from top to bottom sorting and organizing the contents of the estate. We access any items of specific value to be reserched or appraised.
During this process if we see items of personal interest like photographs, scrap books, mementos, or items containnig personal information we set those aside allowing you to go through them at your connivence.

Presentation is key, and we will have your estate looking like a charming boutique by sale day. We arrange and stage your items so that they stand out, promote interest, and SELL!
We also understand the importance our sale could have on your upcoming real estate listing. Every detail matters. One of the more common questions clients ask is -"what happens to the stuff thats left over?" Its a great question. each client has unique expectations. So the answer to the question depends on what you would like to happen. We can facilitate a complete clean out, leaving the home empty of contents (broom swept), we can help facilitate donations to a charity of your choice, we can consolidate remaining contents and leave on site-leaving you time to determine the next step. Bottom line- We will not leave you in a mess to figure it out on your own. We will work with you, finalizing and insuring satisfaction with your experience.
Payment- all Proceeds, and sales reports are ready within 72 hours following the completion of the sale.
